These terms govern your use of neurvana.ai, operated by Neurvana AI, LLC ("Neurvana," "we," "us"). By using this site, you agree to these terms.

Informational site

neurvana.ai is an informational and marketing site. Nothing on it is a guarantee of results, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose. Descriptions of services, pricing, and typical ranges are general and may not reflect your specific project.

Contacting us does not create a client relationship

Submitting the contact form, or otherwise messaging us, does not create a client relationship, a contract, or any obligation on either side. A client relationship begins only when we both agree to move forward, in writing.

Business Automation Review

The Business Automation Review is a paid, fixed-scope diagnostic engagement, preceded by a free 15-minute call. Its price, format, and what it includes are as described on the site at the time you purchase it, or as otherwise agreed in writing.

What qualifies as a worthwhile opportunity

An opportunity is considered worthwhile only if it meets our own standard for repeatability, measurable business impact, technical feasibility, and likely economic justification. This standard is set before the Review begins, not decided in the moment by whoever conducts it. We do not recommend an implementation project in order to generate revenue for Neurvana.

What you receive

Within 2-3 business days of the Review, you receive a written Business Automation Action Plan. This is a diagnostic document, not a build specification.

If no worthwhile opportunity is found, the Action Plan says so directly, and you keep it. The $295 fee is not refunded. It pays for the Review and the Action Plan, which have value on their own regardless of outcome.

If a worthwhile opportunity is found, the Action Plan names it, along with the expected outcome and a fixed price for implementation. This is included whether or not you decide to move forward with the build.

If you hire Neurvana to build the recommended project, the full $295 fee is credited toward the implementation price.

The Action Plan does not include the detailed technical build specification, workflow logic, or implementation design. Those are developed as part of the separate paid implementation engagement described below, not the $295 Review.

Implementation projects are governed separately

Any automation, integration, or software we build for you beyond the Business Automation Review is governed by a separate scope of work or agreement specific to that project, not by these general terms. That agreement will cover pricing, timeline, ownership, support, and any ongoing Managed Automation Care.

Third-party services

This site and the automations we build rely on third-party services (for example, hosting, analytics, advertising, email delivery, and workflow automation providers). We are not responsible for outages, changes, or failures of third-party services outside our control, though we will work to keep your systems running as described in any separate service agreement.

Intellectual property

The Neurvana AI name, logo, and the content of this site belong to Neurvana AI, LLC unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our permission. Ownership of anything we build for you as part of a paid implementation project is addressed in that project's separate agreement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site: no attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, submit fraudulent information, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Links to other services

This site links to services we operate, such as Remedy Support, and may link to third-party sites. Those services and sites have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for content or practices outside neurvana.ai.

No warranty; limitation of liability

This site is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Neurvana AI, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing terms

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and apply to Neurvana AI, LLC's operation of this site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
