Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 12, 2026
This policy explains what information Neurvana AI, LLC ("Neurvana," "we," "us") collects through neurvana.ai, how we use it, and who we share it with. It applies to the public marketing site only, not to any separate client project, agreement, or system we may build for you.
Information we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect:
- First name, email, and business name — required, so we can identify you and respond
- What is taking up too much of your time — required, so we understand your problem before we talk
- Phone number, business website, preferred contact method, and how you heard about us — optional, to make follow-up easier and to help us understand which channels are working
- Technical details about your visit — the page you landed on, referral source, and UTM campaign values, so we know which marketing efforts are producing real conversations
We do not want, and ask that you not send, passwords, payment details, or private customer information through this form.
How we use this information
We use what you submit to respond to your inquiry, have a conversation about whether we can help, and, if it makes sense, offer a Business Automation Review or an implementation quote. We also use aggregated, non-identifying campaign data to understand which marketing channels bring in useful conversations.
How your information is handled
Here is exactly what happens to a form submission, in plain terms:
- The site is hosted on Firebase Hosting (Google).
- The form submits to a workflow automation system we operate (n8n, self-hosted on Google Cloud), which validates the submission and checks for spam before anything is stored.
- Valid submissions are stored in Google Firestore, in a database we control (project
neurvana-ai). This record is not publicly accessible. - We receive an email notification through our email provider, Resend, so a real person sees your message.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers above, each acting on our behalf to operate the site and respond to you, and only to the extent needed for them to do that job.
Analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site, and the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of Facebook and Instagram advertising and to build audiences for future campaigns. Both use cookies or similar local storage in your browser. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and options to opt out of interest-based advertising are available through your Google and Meta account settings.
We do not currently use a scheduling or calendar booking tool on this site. If that changes, this policy will be updated before it goes live.
Spam prevention
The contact form includes basic spam-prevention measures (a hidden field bots tend to fill in, and basic rate limiting on our intake workflow). We do not use a third-party CAPTCHA service today.
How long we keep information
We retain contact form submissions for as long as they are useful to an ongoing or potential business relationship. If you ask us to delete your information and we have no legal or contractual reason to keep it, we will delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing lukemc@neurvana.ai.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If how we collect or use information changes in a meaningful way, we will update this page and change the "last updated" date above.
