Most of that work does not require a license. All of it eats time that belongs to someone else. Clinicians have a name for their version of it: the shadow caseload. Neurvana exists to intercept it before it reaches an inbox, a kitchen table, or a Saturday.

The carrier's denial is not the final word.

Insurers deny roughly 1 in 5 in-network claims. Fewer than 1 percent of those denials are ever appealed, not because most of them are correct, but because the appeal process is built to be exhausting. That is rationing by inconvenience: a system that wins by default every time someone sets the letter aside.

Remedy Support runs the full appeal on a patient's behalf for a flat $49. We take the claim record, build a formal appeal from the CPT codes and denial rationale, route it through a Certified Outpatient Clinical Appeals Specialist for review, and fax it directly to the carrier, the one channel insurers are required to accept and timestamp. The patient is notified the moment it's sent. Then we wait on the carrier, so they don't have to.

Among people who have challenged a denial this way, 74 percent got the error corrected and 62 percent got a reduced bill.
