Business Automation for Small Businesses
Spend less time on busywork.
You already know what's slowing you down.
We help you simplify it, then automate the parts that make sense.
Follow-up, customer intake, email, forms, paperwork, the everyday stuff. Neurvana AI builds around how your business already runs, not the other way around.
Based on Long Island. Built for small business.
No tech background required.
Veteran-owned.
Does any of this sound familiar?
Most small businesses lose hours a week to the same few jobs, over and over.
Leads wait too long for a reply
A new customer reaches out, and it takes a while to get back to them because everyone is already busy.
The same information gets entered twice
Details get typed once, then typed again into another form, spreadsheet, or system.
Follow-up depends on memory
Quotes, reminders, requests, and check-ins get missed the moment the day picks up.
Customers ask the same questions
You or your team keep answering the same things instead of doing the work only you can do.
Paperwork slows everything down
Forms, documents, attachments, and missing information all have to be tracked down by hand.
You are the person holding it all together
Too many small tasks still depend on you showing up.
If it repeats, there is probably a better way to handle it.
Before: You keep everything moving
After: The system helps keep it moving
We make the everyday work easier to manage.
You do not need to know what software you need. Start with the problem.
Leads and Follow-Up
Reply faster, send reminders automatically, and make sure new leads land with the right person.
Customer Intake
Collect the right information, chase down what is missing, and move it where it needs to go.
Email and Messages
Sort incoming requests, pull out the details that matter, and get replies moving without doing it all by hand.
Forms and Documents
Pull the useful information out of forms and documents, keep files organized, and cut down on retyping the same thing twice.
Customer Questions
Answer common questions fast, and keep a real person available when it matters.
Your Existing Business Tools
Connect the tools you already use so information moves between them on its own.
Sometimes the right answer uses AI. Sometimes it is a simple automation. Sometimes the process just needs to be cleaned up first.
We recommend whatever actually solves the problem, nothing more.
Before
A website form arrives by email. Someone has to notice it, copy the details, send a reply, create a reminder, and tell the right person to follow up.
After
The customer submits the form. Their information is organized automatically. They receive a quick confirmation. The right person is notified, and a follow-up task is created.
Same business. Fewer steps to remember.

We build it.
You get a clear scope and price before implementation begins.
We keep it working.
When ongoing care is part of the project, we monitor the system, fix issues, and make small changes as your business changes.
After the build
Automation still needs someone watching it.
Business tools change. Connections can break. Your process can change too. Neurvana can stay involved after launch to monitor your automation, fix problems, and make small updates when needed.
Managed Automation Care starts at $199/month.
The right support level depends on what we build and how much your day depends on it. Software and usage charges may be separate.

A local business helping local businesses work smarter.
Neurvana AI is based on Long Island and works with small businesses that do not have a large technology team of their own.
You work directly with the person learning how your business runs and building the solution.
The goal is simple: save time, reduce repeated work, make the day easier to manage.
Founded by Luke McNeur, a U.S. Navy veteran and Long Island business owner.
Built by Neurvana AI
We build real systems, not just recommendations.
Neurvana AI also built and operates Remedy Support, a service that helps patients prepare and submit eligible health insurance appeals. It is a real example of the work behind Neurvana: intake, document handling, business rules, communication, review steps, and automation, all working together in one live service.

Do I need to know anything about AI?
No. Tell us what is taking too much time, and we will help figure out the best way to fix it.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Mostly small and local businesses. The industry matters less than the problem. If your team repeats the same work again and again, there is probably a good way to simplify it.
Does everything need AI?
No. AI helps with some jobs, not every job. A simple automation or a cleaner process may be the better answer.
Can you work with the software I already use?
Usually, yes. We look at the tools you already have before recommending something new.
Will automation replace my employees?
No, that is not the goal. We focus on removing repetitive work so people can spend more time on work that actually needs their attention.
How much does it cost?
The Business Automation Review is $295. That covers the 60-minute review and the written action plan, whether or not we recommend a project. If we do not find anything worth automating, we tell you directly, and you keep the action plan. If we do recommend an implementation project, you receive a fixed quote before any build begins, and the $295 is credited toward the work.
Managed Automation Care starts at $199 per month when ongoing support makes sense. Software and usage charges may be separate.
How long does a project take?
It depends on what needs to be built and which business tools are involved. A small, focused automation may take days. A system involving several tools or business steps may take longer. You will know the expected timeline before the build begins.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
Not for a simple one-time project, unless the agreed solution includes ongoing service. Managed systems may require an ongoing care agreement.
Do you only work on Long Island?
Long Island is the local focus at launch, but many projects can be handled remotely too.
What part of your business keeps stealing your time?
Tell us what you keep doing by hand, what gets missed, or what you wish worked better. You do not need to know the solution.
Send us the problem. We will review what you send and get back to you.
We talk it through. If it looks like something we may be able to help with, we will set up a quick, no-cost call first.
Then you decide. If a Business Automation Review makes sense, we will explain exactly what it includes before you pay for anything.
