Managed Care is for automations that matter enough to the daily business that someone should notice when they stop working correctly.
Depending on the system and agreed scope, care may include:

- break/fix support
- failed-run review
- small configuration changes
- minor workflow adjustments
- agreed response windows
- basic exception review
- keeping documentation current when the supported workflow changes
The exact coverage is defined before the care agreement begins.
What Managed Care Is Not
Managed Automation Care is not unlimited development. It does not automatically include:
- brand-new workflows
- major feature additions
- large process redesigns
- new departments or business units
- unlimited revisions
- unlimited third-party usage
- unrelated IT support
- software subscriptions owned by the client
Substantial changes are separately scoped and priced.

Where practical, the client owns the underlying accounts, credentials, and third-party services.
Neurvana manages the connection and supported workflow.
Software, AI usage, SMS, hosting, CRM fees, and other vendor charges remain separate unless a specific agreement says otherwise.
The business stays in control of its own accounts, even if the relationship with Neurvana ever ends.
How Pricing Works
Managed Automation Care starts at $199 per month.
A simple low-risk workflow may fit near the starting level. A more connected or business-critical system may require a higher monthly scope.
The price depends on:
- number of workflows
- importance of the system
- monitoring needs
- expected support volume
- number of third-party connections
- change frequency
- response expectations
- exception-handling burden
