Not a case study. Proof of work.
We did not just recommend a system. We built one and we run it.
Remedy Support is a live insurance-appeal service. Neurvana AI designed it, built it, and operates it today. This page shows what is actually running behind it, the same kind of intake, review, and automation work that goes into every Neurvana project.
The customer sees the answer, not the complexity
A visitor answers a couple of quick questions and gets a real filing deadline back, worked out from their plan type, appeal stage, state rules, and the date on their denial letter.
- Guided questions, not a form full of insurance jargon
- Rules applied automatically
- A clear next step, every time
One guided intake collects the whole case
Claim details, carrier requirements, deadlines, authorization, and supporting documents all move through a single connected intake. The questions change based on what has already been answered, so nobody fills out the same information twice.
A person reviews every appeal before anything is sent
Case details, deadlines, regulation references, and the drafted appeal letter all come together in one review screen. Nothing goes to an insurance carrier automatically. A person checks it first.
Separate pieces become one submission
The appeal letter, authorization forms, patient evidence, signature, and a cover sheet all get checked and assembled into a single packet before it is sent to the carrier. Every document is verified. A person signs off before transmission.
What is running behind the scenes
Behind the screens the customer sees, automation is validating information, processing documents, applying carrier rules, drafting appeal language, routing anything unusual to a person, and keeping the case record and the customer up to date.
Sensitive information is kept separate from everyday work
Identity information is encrypted and stored on its own. The day-to-day automation works with a tokenized version of the case wherever it can, so the systems doing the routine work never need to touch a name, date of birth, or member ID directly.

What this means for your business
Remedy Support is a full system: customer intake, document processing, conditional rules, internal operations, human review, and secure infrastructure. Most businesses do not need all of that.
Most businesses need one recurring problem solved, one workflow made simpler, one result they can count on.
The goal was never to build the most complicated system. It is to build the right-sized one, for Remedy Support, and for your business.
