The Business Automation Review is a focused look at one recurring area of the business. We find where the friction is, decide what should change first, and give you a written plan.
If a build makes sense, you also receive a fixed implementation price.
The Free Call Comes First
Every Review starts with a free 15-minute Fit Call.
This is not a free consulting session.
The purpose is to confirm that there is a real recurring problem, understand the rough business impact, identify the systems or people involved, and decide whether paying for a deeper Review makes sense.
If there is not enough of a problem to justify the Review, we stop there.
What Happens During the Review?
The Review itself is about 60 minutes.
You show us how the work actually happens today.
No process map is required. No technical preparation is required.
You can walk us through the task, the emails, the forms, the spreadsheet, the software, the handoff, or the part of the process that keeps slowing things down.
We look for:
- work that gets repeated unnecessarily
- information that gets entered more than once
- follow-up that depends on memory
- handoffs that create delays
- documents that have to be rebuilt or chased
- apps that are not working together
- steps that should disappear before anything is automated
- places where the owner has become the manual connection between everything

What If There Is Nothing Worth Building?
We tell you.
The $295 pays for the Review and the written Action Plan, whether or not an implementation is recommended. You still keep the analysis.
If Neurvana recommends an implementation and you hire us to build it, the full $295 Review fee is credited toward that project.
You are paying for a useful decision, not for the privilege of receiving a sales proposal.
What Happens If We Build It?
Before implementation begins, we agree on:
- the problem being solved
- what the system will do
- what it will not do
- the expected result
- acceptance criteria
- access or decisions needed from you
- third-party services involved
- fixed implementation price
- change-order rules
The agreed project does not turn into an open-ended hourly engagement.
Typical Timing
A focused automation often takes about 3-7 business days.
A connected small-business workflow or system often takes about 1-3 weeks.
A larger multi-step system may take about 3-6 weeks.
The actual scope and timing are defined before implementation begins.
Is the Review a Good Fit?
The Review is a strong fit when
- the same problem happens repeatedly
- someone is spending meaningful time handling it manually
- the business already uses at least a few everyday apps
- a delay, error, missed follow-up, or wasted hour has a real consequence
- the owner or decision-maker is involved
- the business is willing to show how the work actually happens today
It is probably not a fit when
- there is no recurring problem
- the main request is a website build
- the goal is to use AI simply because it sounds interesting
- the process happens too rarely to matter
- the business expects unlimited development or support for one low flat fee
